![]() Then in the zero hour data folder you shall see your new txt file has a TXT extention like this: "" With your zero hour data folder still open showing the TXT (with the stuff saved in it from above), you then go to control panel and open folder om the view tab you neet to find "Hide extentions for known Filetypes" and make sure you uncheck the box (this is the part many have failed to mention) I opened the new txt then pasted the following into it:Īfter you paste the above into the txt save it but keep your zero hour data folder open i completed the setup by clickin the same setup.exe (not the autoplay setup)Īfter it was installed i went to my user folder> My Documents>Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour Data and created a new EMTY Txt File that i then i proceeded to find and then right click the setup.exe and set it to run in compatability mode for xp sp 2 (not sp1 or sp3) and to run as admin. Installed a Fresh copy of the Generals and zerohour by first popping the DVD into my pc drive then i opened the Contents of my DVD (right click your dvd drive then click either "open" or "explore". I FIXED THAT MOFO!!!!!! HERES WHAT I DID: ![]()
